Note – DO NOT cancel your previous service prior to your number transferring successfully over to Snapfōn. If you cancel your service prior to successful transfer your number will be lost. Most transfers complete in just a few hours but can take between 1 – 48 hours for completion based on your previous carrier and incorrectly submitted information. Once you’ve submitted your port information Snapfōn customer service will help you finish the port process.
