1. How do I set the time and date?
The time and date should set automatically when an active unlocked SIM is inserted in the phone. If your network does not support this feature, you may set the Time & Date yourself. From the home screen (where time and date are displayed): - Press the Left Option button once (Phonebook will be displayed on the screen). - Press the Navigation button Up four times (Settings will be displayed on the screen). Press the Left Option button. - Using the Down Navigation button, scroll to option 2, "Phone settings" and press the Left Option button. - Press the Left Option button 2 more times. - Use the numeric buttons to enter the time, then press the Down Navigation button. "AM" will be highlighted - use the +/- button to toggle between AM/PM and press the Down Navigation button. - Enter the date in mm/dd/yyyy format using the number pad. - When complete, press the Left Option button to save your entry.
2. How do I turn the phone on?
To turn the phone on, press and hold the red "PWR" button for 3-5 seconds until the chime has played and the screen which displays the time & date is lit.
3. Can I transfer my existing number?
Yes, you may transfer an existing active number from any cell phone or landline.
4. What is the warranty on the phone?

5. How do I setup and use my voicemail?
First, the phone must be powered on, and must have an active SIM card installed. Hold down the #1 button for 3-5 seconds until the Voicemail service is dialed, then listen to and follow the instructions given by your service provider to set up your Voicemail and record your personal greeting.
