Collection Of Devices
A quick process of collection of used and outdated electronic devices is supported by our collaboration with a Non-profit organization 501(c)(3)- Phones For Veterans. On behalf of Snapfon, we encourage our customers and every one else to ship their unwanted, outdated devices using the Pre-paid shipping label it provides.

Refurbishment of Devices
A multi-step device refurbishment breathes in a new life in the old devices
Intake and Logging: The device is scanned, logged into a tracking system, and checked against trade-in or return notes.
Data Erasure: Certified software completely wipes all personal data to meet strict privacy standards like GDPR and ISO 27001.
Diagnostic Testing: Technicians run automated tests to check hardware and software, including battery health, screens, cameras, and microphones.
Blacklist Check: The IMEI number is verified to ensure the device is not reported lost or stolen.
Repair and Replacement: Faulty parts—such as worn batteries, cracked screens, or broken charging ports—are replaced using OEM or certified components.
Cleaning and Cosmetic Restoration: The exterior is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and polished to remove dirt and minor blemishes.
Final Quality Control and Grading: The phone undergoes a final multi-point inspection before being assigned a cosmetic grade (like pristine, excellent, or good) and packaged for resale.
