An optional siren will also play to notify those nearby. This is an optional feature and can be deactivated in the settings if desired. The phone also has an optional fall detection feature that can activate the SOS sequence if turned on in the settings. Through Snapfōn® you can add on the sosPlus Mobile Monitoring Service which is an additional monthly plan added to your cellular service making your SOS button on your device act as a medical alert tool connecting the cellular user to a sosPlus agent available 24/7 in case of an emergency situation. Agents have access to your provided medical information and emergency contacts through your Snapfōn® User Account. Our sosPlus Agents can conference in emergency services, alert family and friends, and will stay on the line with you until your situation is fully resolved.
