If you choose to port/transfer your number from another carrier you will need to provide some basic information after checkout.
You will need:
- Previous Carrier Name
- Account Number
- Account Pin
- Phone Number to be Ported/Transferred
- Name and Address as it appears on your previous carrier account.
A Snapfon Customer Service Representative will contact you within 1-2 business days after check out for your previous carrier information. Snapfon will not begin the port process without your approval. This is to ensure you do not temporarily lose phone service while awaiting shipment of your new Snapfon device.
Please Note: Snapfon cannot get port information from another carrier without your assistance and permission. This is a universal standard in USA Telecommunications providers and is a process put in place for your security.
